As the Go-to-Fashionista for women hat wearers with a passion for fashion, the Fashionista Entrepreneur Camp was created. Founded as a holistic empowerment summit; the camp focuses on developing smart business savvy young girls with a passion for fashion to believe in their dreams, acknowledge their leadership skills, recognize their entrepreneur strategy, and inspire their peers to achieve the same.

Connie wore many hats herself. As a mother, soon branching off as a veteran in the U.S. Navy, promoting into a Marketing and Business Degree, rotating to a Certified Public Manager of The George Washington University, revolving into Strategic Leadership M.A., and transformed into the Hat Fashionista entrepreneur she is today. Connie believes that every hat we wear in life matters.
